When you've pulled one list how do you pull another?

What is the easiest way to "scrub" the data. If I pull a 6 month campaign list and decide 2 months later I want to mail more homes. If I use the same criteria how do I avoid paying for the same info/names twice? We used a geographical click tool so I can't narrow by zip codes. Does listsource have a way of avoiding that?
