Finding a contractor for a Project that I wish to take up.

I am trying to buy into a property from a whole saler. This is my first project and a very extensive one. Its 1920 house with the last update( don't know what ) done on the 70's. This is going to be my personal house. 

The costs 

Purchase price: 200,000 

My budget to fix it up: 100K.

Can anybody refer me a Contractor who can provide a esitmate and take up this kind of job in chattanooga Tennesse area.  I need to be able validate the deal before I buy it. I don't have much time should do it today or tommorow.
