Compensation for Realtor to work full time for investmetn team

Good morning,

I was offered the opportunity to join a team as Realtor locating properties for to fix and flip, working with them only... I have spoken with other Realtors who provide the dame service, and some say they just get the sale and the listing after its flipped! Seems a little short considering. Another stated that he received the same plus a percentage of the profits.. Also would the investor team provide you with the tools to locate properties outside of MLS or would you pay for those yourself..

Please, advise anyone?
