Dining room next to bathroom?

I'm currently rehabing an older home and the downstairs bathroom has two doors, one opens to the master bedroom, the other to the dining room which is open to the kitchen. Is this common or should I close off the one going to the dining area? There are three more bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. This house is a flip and I want to sell quickly.
