Exterior Paint Ideas?

I was hoping to save the exterior paint for my new rental, but we had to completely rebuild the back wall of the house.  It would feel silly to give the back wall a fresh coat while leaving the actual curb side of the house with the older paint.  So unfortunately, I can't be cheap and cut costs on this one.

That said, since I'm painting everything, that does open the door to an all new color.  It's a 1957 ranch, block home (although the back addition is wood-framed).  I'm not opposed to keeping it white, although I feel like it gets dirtier faster.  Any design ideas?

For what it's worth, I plan to paint the front and back doors a bright red.
