Warehouse Line of Credit

Hi BP,

With my business partners in Charlotte, NC we have had some success fixing and flipping homes, buying rentals, and were starting our first 2 new construction homes. With growth in this industry, as many know, financing begins to get tricky as you look to scale up.

My question is, does anybody have any experience applying for and working with Warehouse Lines of Credit? What are the general rates and terms? What are these types of lenders looking for?

All 3 business partners have strong credit and we have demonstrated some early success in the industry. Any feedback on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Jason
