I just purchased the 2 books by J. Scott- "The Ultimate Guide to Determining House Flipping Costs" and the other one about flip estimating.

I haven't received them yet. I have read many good reviews on them both. Any thoughts or suggestions for my next step to help improve my knowledge of the subject?
