SOW - Scope of Work

Good Evening, 

I am just getting started with flipping houses, this is more of a request than a question. I was hoping someone could send me a sample scope of work to rehab a house. I am looking for my SOW for a rehab to look more professional. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
