Doing renovations in my condo
Hi, I recently bought a condo in south florida and I was planning on doing some renovation by myself but the thing is that I am Canadian and I heard things saying that as a Canadian I am not allowed to do any kind of work in one of my US properties. I would like to know if anyone could help me with that, is it true that only US Citizens can do renovations in a US property?
Thank you
Darick
