Water in the basement/Probate court house
Hi,
My fiance and I were looking at some potential flips the other day. We came across one that had a lot of water in the basement (we have some very heavy rains lately) and also probate court approval is needed. Has anyone had any experience with any of these issues? Not sure about getting involved with either....help!
