Can I sell if the septic field goes into adjacent property
Hello,
I have two adjacent multi family properties (4 and 6 unit) in Michigan. The septic field of the 4 unit goes into the yard of the 6 unit. I would like to sell the 4 unit but do not know what needs to be done, regarding the septic, to be able to sell it. Does something need to be added to the deed? Would an attorney do this?
Thanks,
Jon
