Who are your buyers for flipping properties?
I am evaluating few properties for flipping investments, with all-in of 70-80k and having an ARV of 100-120k.
My question is who are your potential buyers for such kind of flipping investments. Possible options I can think of are
1. Landlords - They would acquire the property and rent it out, if its a good rental area and makes 1.5% of the purchase price
2. Homeowners - I am not sure if this is a good entry price for first time homeowners. Now if we push it to $150k, meaning if we find properties in a good neighborhood (closer to schools, safe areas, decent income size), we can have this group of audience as our buyers.
Who are your audience when you typically sell the rehabbed properties?
