Investment money advise

If anyone can give me some advice on getting money to start a fix/flip I would appreciate it. My daughter and I looked into to Yancey deal but soon found out its a scam. I have applied for a loan through Prosper and can get some money there but it's 13% interest plus origination fee of 1450.00. The numbers will work on the property if I am the high bidder but is there anything else out there for funding.  I am a newbie to this and am learning the do's and don't. I can surely use some advise. Thanks
