Rental rehab costs
When purchasing a property that needs some rehabbing (not a gut job), is there a percentage people use for overages? So, if it needs roof, flooring, paint, etc and contractors total quotes come to $10K for easy math. Would someone assign a 10% or 20% overage to be safe?
Thanks
