Cost of adding simple room

Hi, 

I am looking at a house on a large piece of property. I'm hoping to add 2-3 bedrooms in the back. They would be simple rooms with 4 walls and wood floors. I'm wondering if anyone has thoughts about how much an affordable contractor would charge per square foot. I'm thinking since they are basic 4 wall rooms it should not be that much. Would it be realistic to add the three rooms for about $10,000 total? Any feedback is appreciated.
