Finding the information
I live in Chesapeake VA and I would like to know where do I go to get the foreclosure and tax lien listings in the Hampton Roads Area.

So, foreclosure auctions are normally listed in your local paper in the public notices section. If you google "virginia public notices" or "virginia trustee sales" or something similar, you will find links to various news aggregators that will allow you to select for your region.
Also, Virginia does not offer tax liens. Tax deeds only, to my knowledge.
