Hey everyone. I would like to rehab but need someone to let me tag along on a few deals to see how it's done. I would like to shadow a well seasoned investor for some hands on experience. I'm not interested in making a profit-- just gaining the opportunity to learn. I'm in the Houston, TX area. Can anyone help?
