I am ken from far NE philadelphia. Grew up in bucks county and would like to rehab properties in these two counties. I have no deals done yet. Definitly looking to change that. Looking for investors/partners/contractors/friends to help each other make sound decisions to increase our own wealth Very easy to talk to guy here just trying to invest in my future while I'm still young
