Hello All!

I found a vacant house in a beautiful area on top of a mountain, beautiful area! It had a posting stating that it was a vacant property and dated 10/2012. I excitedly checked the taxes they were paid up to date, I found the name of the owner, but haven't sought him out yet because I found info that the property will be auctioned 8/2014. I went to the auction site and couldn't find the property. What would you recommend that I do next? Should I attempt to call the trustee which is an out of state bank?

Thank you
