Vacant/Abandoned Homes
Hello!
Newbie here. I was wondering what to do or how to go about finding out about a vacant, unmaintained home? I have driven by it for at least a year now and it is clearly vacant, but never saw any for sale signs out front. Here is the home:

Once I find out an owner or whatever, what do i do next? It seems like a much larger project than a newbie should undertake, but I would also like to capitalize on the opportunity if there is one.
Thank you so much for your time!

Talking to the neighbors also helps. Seems like there's always someone in the know, it's always interesting to hear their stories!
