Any sucessful rehabber in the Tallahassee Area
We have been talking about rehabbing properties for years and have decided to take action. Over the last several months I've been searching all public listings, talking with agents, and driving around looking for the right deal. My problem is I can't seem to find a deal that will work. I've looked at several properties and talked with many realtors and it appears that local sellers want 95-98% of their asking price - - even with known/obvious defects.
I read many post here where others are in the same boat (just can't seem to find the right deal); but, I'm just curious if anyone here has had any success in the Tallahassee market.
