Flipping in a second home market

Just curious who on here flips houses in a rural second home market and if you use any different strategies as opposed to a primary home market were you have more buyers? Also, what are your expectations for average days on market? etc? I occasionally flip in the rural market I live in western nc and have had some success, just curious as to others.
