Great Flip Markets But Wary

I have found impressive opportunities for flips and while searching for capital investors I am wary to shell out too much information on the project in fear of the potential investor taking my ideas and running with them.  Does anyone have a recommendation on how they handle presentations to investors?

That's a scarcity mindset, not an abundance mindset. Where are you finding the opportunities? If they are off-market, you can share a lot without the address and it should be fine. If they are on-market, everyone knows anyway. In short, don't be scared of someone buying a project out from under you. It's just not a good use of time. You can't ask someone for money, but also not disclose things because you don't trust them. Why would they give you money in that set up?
