I'm looking for an Investor Friendly Title Company in Maryland, preferably in Prince George's County that are familiar with Double Closings and Assignments. Does Anyone know of Any in the PG County or In the State of Maryland PERIOD ???

@Bill Gulley I guess I need to use better punctuation.

I also use Dulaney title regularly. I also have a settlement with Lawyers title next week. This is to sell a tax sale property I foreclosed on.
