Angel List for RE Fund?
***Not a Solicitation for Investment*** My team and I are spinning up a RE fix and flip fund. Rather than go to a law firm, does anyone have experience utilizing Angel List or similar platforms for legal documents, fund management, etc? Any suggestions whether it's worth it to go with traditional big law attorneys or do something alternative?
