I will be working a couple of jobs in the near future (non construction related) that SHOULD be netting me some decent money. Ive been learning alittle about 401k's and roth ira's but that is all for retirement. Im gonna hopefully have an extra 20k a year (after investing in 401k and roth ira) extra per year!

I want to try flipping a house and see if I can make some money off it in the more immediate future. Where should I start? I dont even know whwere to buy a house in need of rehab besides looking at weichert.com.
