Hi!

I'm hoping this is a good forum for this question...

I'm starting to look at fix/renovation for my condo, wanted to see if anyone has good contractor / tradesmen recommendations?

Basically looking for someone that's prompt, reasonable in pricing, follows through, and doesn't mind job size (big or small).
