Looking for local wholesalers

In the process of trying to find houses to flip, newer to the scene and very motivated. I've been attempting to find some local wholesalers to be put on their lists.

Located in Lansing, Michigan, does anyone have ideas on how to find local people, or are there any on here looking for more buyers?

Appreciate any and all help.

    Hi Nathaniel,

    Facebook groups are great ways to connect with wholesalers. I'd search something along the lines of "[city] cash buyers", "[city] wholesale real estate", "[city] real estate investment", etc.

    Investor friendly agents are also great ways to source deals.

    Hi Nathaniel,

    I'm expanding my network of investors for wholesale deals. I'd love to add you to my list and provide you with exclusive access to opportunities in the Lansing, MI area. Could you please share what type of properties and investment criteria you're currently looking for?

    Looking forward to connecting and potentially working together.

    @Nathaniel Dean Morrison

    Hey Nathaniel, welcome! I'm a local REI myself in the Lansing area. I'll send you two wholesalers who are GREAT.

    Your best bet is going to be to join the facebook groups, there are 3 major ones in Lansing. Post in those groups asking to be added to buyer's lists and message everyone who says they have deals. Come to the meetups, I host two of the monthly.  There are always people bringing deals and buyers looking for deals at the meetups.  Post on craigslist, post on marketplace,  get A LOT of lines in the water and you'll be more likely to catch a fish.

    1. Facebook Groups tailored to wholesale / fix and flip / etc

    2. Craigslist

    3. Get onto local wholesale brokerage lists to receive their inventory of properties

    4. Go to meet ups and meet other wholesalers, lenders, contractors, etc
