I second what Nadeem said above, the quickest way to connect with a group of wholesalers would be to meet them through facebook groups online. I also think Craigslist is a good place to find some investment properties depending on your market.

1. Facebook Groups tailored to wholesale / fix and flip / etc

2. Craigslist

3. Get onto local wholesale brokerage lists to receive their inventory of properties

4. Go to meet ups and meet other wholesalers, lenders, contractors, etc

What are you looking to make on a fix and flip? How many properties are you typically underwriting on a given day?
