Tub or No Tub?
I just purchased a 1 bedroom, 1 bath house. Among other things, I need to gut and redo the bathroom. Should a house always have at least one tub or is a walk-in shower sufficient? How does that affect resale value?

If it only has 1 bathroom, it MUST have a tub to give it a full sized bathroom.
