Paint color help

Does anyone have a go to paint color that they use time and time again? I am looking for specific brand and color. I am looking for a beige/neutral color, and its something that I would like to use throughout all of my rentals. I am getting frustrated with trying to match colors or forgetting what color I had on what wall, I want something that I do every time so it takes the guess work out of it. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I use Eggshell Shermin Williams "Softer Tan" as recommended by @Steve Babiak .  I use regular ceiling white, and for trim I use semi gloss white.  I used to get the "brilliant white" Home Depot color, but now I just buy it as is "Base A" white.  No need to have them mix anything.  I use Valspar.  You can see several properties on my website using this color.

I also use whatever color is already on the wall if it is close enough to save on time and cost.  Sometimes I cut a swatch or grab a paint chip to match.
