Buying a Rehab in Ocean County

Hi I am purchasing a foreclosure in Point Pleasant and it need a major rehab. Since I am new to flipping and have limited construction experience I am looking for an honest general contractor who can work with me on this project. I would also be interested in contractors who want to partner and work on houses together. I have the funds to buy the homes so I would need the GC to do the work and have an interest in sharing profits. [email protected]
