Looking for sample rehab contract

Hi,

We recently bought a single-family and met a nice contractor (GC) that seems to be able to do the rehab we need. 

I'm looking for a rehab contract that will protect both sides. 

What clauses shall I absolutely look for?

There is no sample rehab contract . Your contractor will provide you with a contract with the terms , conditions , payment schedules , deposit , scope of work etc .
