List of all possible renovations on a Fix & Flip

I am a new investor and want to learn all of the possible renovations I should focus on when looking at potential deals. Obviously it all depends on the property, but if you guys could make a list of all the common upgrades you're making on properties to flip or hold as rentals I would really appreciate it! I am breaking my list into general, kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. I am curious to see how you guys are breaking it up and what your process is to get an idea of your total renovation cost.
