Podio Tech Help?

We're looking to make Podio our CRM as we are beginning to scale or flip business here in So Cal. We've been looking primarily at Investor Fuse, and Podio. Investor Fuse is missing some things we need, but Podio looks daunting to build out for all of our needs. (Lead calling, lead source tracking, drip systems (direct mail, sms, calls, emails). We also need to connect to new websites for inbound online leads, etc. etc.

Is there someone here that has been extensively using Podio and has someone they use to customize it? 

Would be great to have someone that knows what they are doing to help hold our hand in this process.
