Foundation issues. Is this a big deal?

These are pictures of a 70's house. I have someone coming out Tuesday, but would like a second opinion.

You can see the crack inside the garage did not get a pic

Also inside the garage sideways pic

Out side same crack as above

This is a different pic of the corner of the garage.

There was hardly any cracking in the house, but I did some. No water anywhere.

I'm with @Steve Babiak on this one. This could be an issue or not. (Disclaimer: I'm not an engineer, this is just my opinion from 30 yrs. of construction experience) The fact that the concrete is cracked is not a huge concern in my book, as long as there is not evidence of shifting or movement in the foundation. Which from these pictures, doesn't seem evident. The next place to look is (as Steve said) at the brickwork. Are there cracks/gaps there? Any loose mortar at these areas? If so, it's probably time for a professional inspection by someone who doesn't have an interest in getting the work.

Also, don't like the look of the wiring in the first & last photo's. Appears to be interior stuff at an exterior location, and loose wires/wire nuts hanging out? Is this circuit hot? Better check it out.
