Why are all the renos GRAY?

I’m new at this and can tell that these renovations don’t sell for top dollar, but flippers insist on gray floors with gray walls.

@Emily Haase - Neutral colors including gray attract the broadest range of people / demographics. Usually when marketing a flip or rental unit, you want to attract the most people possible and not narrow down your audience.
