Hey all,

im an investor located geographically in AZ. I'm looking to expand my business from central Texas, and Indiana to OH. I don't live in this area nor do I have an interest in moving out there bc I still have my full time w2........ Unfortunately...... I'm looking to network with flippers and other investors out here interested in borrowing seconds that are looking to use my credit cards and loans to help me pick my business up and expand into this market.... Please hit me up. I'd love to help someone else's business grow while breaking into this market. I'd even be down for value add apartments... Honestly that's my dream any way... To build sustainable mixed use space made out of context.
