Taking flip biz to next level
Hello, I've been reading about flippers who have multiple flips going on at once. I invest out of state and at this rate I can only have 2-3 flips/year using a HML. HML is expensive and I do not prefer to get into a partnership for additional capital until I have a lot more flip experience under my belt.
Any seasoned investors out there care to share their advice on how I can scale? Thank you for taking your time to read and comment on this post!

The BRRRR strategy could be a great tool for you. With this investment strategy, you are looking at a lot of properties that need to be renovated. At the end of your reno, if the sale makes sense, you can cash out relatively quickly. If it makes more sense to keep it in your portfolio, then you can refinance out and pull your money out of the deal to use to buy your next one.
