Hi Everyone,

I am currently interested in investing in a Mobile Home / Manufactured Home to flip. 

Not so many threads out there so if anyone has done it in the past it'll be great if you can give me any advice.  

Also, if anyone in San Diego has experience with flipping these types of properties I would love to connect.
