I'm in a new market currently, and wanting to see if there are any good resources for determining pricing for my rehabs as a baseline. I plan to have contractors do actual bids during my due diligence, but would love to have something to get me in the ballpark when making an offer. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance!

There are no short-cuts for this, you need a Contr to give you a number. Period. After a few years, you may get a feeling for it and be able to come up with your own numbers that are close enough.

Be wary of the books and websites. If you are off by 20% on a $50,000 remodel, are you prepared to eat that difference? Because you will have to....
