First House Flip - Question about insurance?

Hey guys!

I have my first house flip under contract. I called my local insurance agent about quoting the property. I explained it was a fix and flip and she provided a standard homeowners policy with what looks like coverage for builders risk/renovation. It was higher than I anticipated.

My question is, does any have a recommendation for an insurance company or agent who specializes in insuring fix and flips? Or anyone they would recommend to speak to about getting a quote.

Would also love any feedback on insuring these flips that maybe I’m not thinking of! Thanks in advance!
