Was curious to know what investors in south FL are paying for a new roof. I just bought a 1,500sqft house and will replace its roof, I believe its about 20 squares of roof. I found a licensed roof replacement company who quoted me  $10.5k for a new roof, that includes labor and material, not sure if im overpaying, what are you guys paying?

Hey Paolo. That sounds pretty reasonable to me. I would've expected more though it depends on what type of roof you have and materials? Is it flat? Those usually tend to be cheaper but don't last as long.
