I am new to the bigger pockets Project Estimator. Can someone please explain the difference in the following categories. I was unsuccessful trying to google the break down of each (I am mainly curious about the total project costs).

• Homeowner Selection Budget

• Construction Materials

• Builder’s Labor & Profit
