Hi Everyone.

I know I don't post often, but I read BP content all the time.

You guys are pretty awesome :)

Can anyone tell me more about the many codes involved with renovating a property? Example: Between what years was lead paint used? Or asbestos?

Be familar w/ state laws and any local building codes/customs. Lots can be found on HUD and state sites.
