Hello! I'm wanting to rehab my first property in the Portland area, but I don't know too much about it. Would anyone rehabbing a property let me shadow them for a bit? I'm happy to help fix up the property for a few hours per week for free! I'd really just like to learn as much as I can before I purchase a property. I'm happy to volunteer in any way you need!
