advice for first time flipper
Hello,
I have done my research and thought about what i am going to do, but i have a few questions that i am unsure what to do.
When it comes to materials for the contractors, should i buy that or let them buy that and include it in their quote?
Would it be best to buy and sell the property under a business name and start a business or just do it under my own personal name and make my future employees independent contractors?
Any advice and all is greatly appreciated.
