Looking for a GC in the Montgomery space

Hi,

We're looking to secure our first out-of-state investment in the Montgomery area since we have some family in the area. We were considering buying a lot and developing a small multi-family or BRRRing a value-add property. Does anyone have a GC they would recommend? And would anyone have an idea of cost of construction per sq. foot in the area now?
