Contractor for $100/ft
Hi All,
I wanted to see if it is possible to get a builder for $100/ft for a new home?
I have been getting numbers closer to $300/ft and if that’s the case I will not be able to move forward with this project.
Would love to hear your thoughts or recommendations if you have a miracle contractor in that price range.

Just as a point of reference, I built a off-grid 2nd home about 10 years ago. Did all the labor myself, used mostly re-purposed materials where possible. I was still at about $75 SF. There is zero profit available for the business owner at $100 SF, I mean your crew costs, including Workers Comp and liability make that impossible! Unless @Avi Bohorodzaner you are using an unlicensed Contractor and are providing all the materials.
