Confusing Bathroom cost

Hi all!

I have a house with a bathroom that has two separate sink areas but shares a toilet/tub. I’d like to convert to where each has its own shower/toilet.

There is a bathroom directly downstairs that we can connect plumbing with. Curious what you think average cost for this would be? 
I’ve had anywhere from 20k to 75k quoted. Thank you!

Can you do it yourself? How long downtime do you want? 

Always get at least 4 bids with the exact same scope. I always write the scope myself.
